Most stores make returns a fight. Ours is four steps and a promise, in writing, right here.
The promise
- 90 days. You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to change your mind.
- We pay the label. Return shipping is free — we send you a prepaid return label.
- 0% restocking fee. Ever. You get back what you paid, not what you paid minus a penalty.
To be eligible, an item needs to be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals, and accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation works). Start the return with the email below — items sent back without that first step may not be accepted.
How a return works
- Email us. Write to support@gearspawn.com with your order number and the product you want to return.
- We reply with a prepaid return label. No printing gymnastics beyond the label itself, and no shipping bill for you.
- Pack it and drop it off. Box it up with everything it came with and hand it to the carrier on the label.
- Your refund is released at the first scan. The moment the carrier scans your return label, we release your refund to your original payment method — you don't wait for the package to reach us. Your bank posts it on its own schedule after release.
Got a damaged, defective, or wrong item instead? Same email — we cover the return shipping and make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or product? Exchanges run on a 30-day window from delivery — one or two exchanges at most, subject to availability. Email support@gearspawn.com and we'll set it up.
Refund timing, exactly
No vague "allow 7–10 business days" fog. Here is the sequence: you drop off your return → the carrier's first scan lands → we release your refund that same moment → your financial institution posts it on their schedule, which can add a few days. One honest guardrail, in writing: if a return arrives empty, damaged beyond the stated condition, or not the item ordered, we may reverse the refund or charge the original payment method for the difference. If a refund ever seems late, email us with your order number and we will trace it with you.
Gift cards
All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be returned, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Anything you buy with a gift card follows the standard policy on this page — approved refunds for those items are issued back to the gift card.
