Texting GearSpawn — how SMS with us works
Text us at (928) 877-2968. When you send the first text, you're starting a one-to-one conversation with GearSpawn LLC about your inquiry, order, or support — as described in Section 17 of our Terms of Service.
Want texts from us? Use the signup form (“Never Miss a Spawn”) in the footer of any page on gearspawn.com. Under the email and mobile fields sit two separate text-message checkboxes — both optional, both starting unticked: “Text me updates about my orders and cart reminders from GearSpawn LLC.” (transactional texts: order updates and cart reminders) and “Text me offers, deals, and news from GearSpawn LLC.” (marketing texts). Email consent is its own separate box; tick any combination, or none.
Printed under the checkboxes: “Order and cart texts are transactional. Marketing texts are up to 4/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.” The sending rule is simple: marketing texts go only to people who ticked the marketing box, and order and cart texts go only to people who ticked the transactional box — plus people who contacted us first, about their own inquiry or order only. Every signup is logged with the date and time and exactly which boxes were ticked.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Whichever boxes you tick, messages may be sent using automated technology. Mobile information and opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Speaking with us live? If you're on a call with us — for example, a support call with our founder — we may ask if we can text you updates about your matter. We only text after you say yes, we read your number back to confirm it, and we note your consent in our consent log.
